Description
Description: This is a 4 TAD-borne palatal expansion appliance that can be installed in either one visit, utilizing a 3D printed insertion guide, or in two visits. In the two-visit option, the TADs are inserted first, and a scan of this initial situation serves as the basis for appliance design. Description: This is the classic Hybrid Hyrax appliance, which can also be used in combination with a facemask.
Standard Configurations: You have the flexibility to choose a TAD system of your preference (Forestadent, Benefit, Leone, Ortho-Lox or others), select the size and brand of the expansion CAD-CAM screw (Forestadent, Leone, Dentaurum, Tiger-dental Power-screw), and opt for either bands or bonding pads on your preferred teeth. Buccal hooks can also be added for facemask traction if required. Upon completion of the design, you will receive a picture for your approval.
