Tooth-Borne Rapid Palatal Expander

Description:
This orthodontic appliance is one of the most popular and widely used for palatal expansion. It can be exclusively bonded to deciduous teeth or can be banded onto permanent first molars, while pads on premolars are commonly employed. You have the freedom to select your individual configuration. Please keep in mind that welding the planned expansion screw to the printed framework is necessary during post-processing.

Standard Configurations:
You have the flexibility to choose the size and brand of the CAD-CAM expansion screw (Forestadent, Leone, Dentaurum, Tige-dental POWER-Screw), as well as to select either bands or bonding pads on the teeth of your preference. Additionally, buccal hooks can be added for face mask traction if needed.

Upon completing the design, you will receive a picture for your final approval.
