(AGB) Präambel Der Auftragnehmer stellt 3D Designs für verschiedene kieferorthopädische Behandlungen verschiedener kieferorthopädischer Fehlstellungen her. Diese 3D Designs werden anhand von Kieferorthopäden überlassenen Scans der Mundhöhle hergestellt.
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided by CAD-LABS.com GbR via www.cad-labs.com. The offer is exclusively for licensed dentists and orthodontists in the course of their professional practice (§14 BGB). No sale to consumers.
CAD-LABS offers digital services: aligner setups and digital orthodontic appliances (e.g., MARA, RME). Services are based on customer data (STL files, x-rays, treatment instructions) and are provided digitally.
Registration, case creation, service selection, form completion, data upload, design creation, customer approval, provision of final files. No delivery without approval.
Only licensed dentists/orthodontists. CAD-LABS may request proof. Failure = account suspension.
Provide accurate and complete data. Errors/omissions may cause delays or rejection.
Payment upon order. No right of withdrawal under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (custom digital content).
Customer checks and confirms content. No final delivery without approval.
CAD-LABS accepts no medical responsibility. Liability only for intent/gross negligence, limited to foreseeable damages. No liability for indirect damages/lost profits.
No approval = cancellation after 90 days. €99.00 handling fee.
Case is closed after 360 days without new orders. Changes after this = new paid order.
Deliveries remain property of CAD-LABS until payment. Non-transferable right of use for the named patient case only.
Report obvious defects within 14 days. No claims accepted after that.
Data processing in accordance with GDPR. Customer is responsible for obtaining patients’ consent. See privacy policy for details.
German law applies, CISG excluded. Jurisdiction: CAD-LABS’ registered office.
